At Shop Cribsi, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund upon inspection.
